This is Isan food(Northeastern part of Thailand)

Some famous Isan dishes include Khao nio(sticky rice), Somtam, Larb namtok(beef salad) ,Tomsab and Thai

chili sauce.If you eat some Isan dishes you

need to take care yourself ,LOL, because some Isan dishes vary spicy tastes

but Isan dishes knows the famous food of Thailand
